november 2025
November kick started at Jasmine D’s Birthday, followed by Family Day and Sportsfest in Binalbagan. The month was filled with so many undocumented precious moments that I regret not having to film everything, if only I did. This November was also the month Emman came home after months of being away, for work. So many things happened then—Bagyong Tino, Bagyong Uwan and a long ass power outage, I even picked up embroidery as a pass time hobby. We went shopping for a month’s worth of grocery, coffee shop dates, eating out and doing things as a family. During this month, I felt closer to my family. Fast forward to the end of the month, we had an early birthday celebration of Kai. She turned 2! We stayed overnight in Patag. A lot of realizations came to me. How there are just things that are beyond our control. It’s a bit frustrating when you are used to having a grasp of what should be and should have been. That when you lose grip of those expectations, you feel sad, upset and disappointed, even anger, both people and situations. But most importantly, I am trying to learn and re-learn things I should actually focus on, rather than redirect my energy on things that drain me. To end this month, I am choosing to be grateful to God and be contented of what I have, will have and to even things I’ll never have.
