This is for people who have installed Linux mint along side Windows 10. When you shutdown windows 10, it does not completely turn off drives, this enables windows to boot fast, also cause the error when you try to mount the partition in Linux. To turn off/shutdown Windows 10 completely, follow procedure as shown in video. This is the quickest and easiest solution.
Command : shutdown /s /t 0
