A simple way to create wipes between layers in Nuke. In this case we want to wipe in different AOVs towards the final composite.
We do this using a Copy Rectangle node, this keeps the graph simple, but does lack extendibility as we don't have access to the alpha to create a wipe line for example. We then briefly look at the frame range and append clip nodes for laying out our clips on the timeline.
It should be noted that Nuke is a compositor not a video editor and is not really designed for having lots of footage. If you were building a complex demo reel another option to consider would be to write out the AOV sequences and any other interesting parts of the comp to disk and bring them in as footage to a video editor.
