Numeric Visual Improvements in STACK Takeoff & Estimate

Item values such as Unit Cost and Markup are now bolded when they don’t match the defaults. Also, when items are rolled up but the rolled-out instances have different unit costs or rates, you now see an effective unit cost and/or effective rate.
