Observation Tools for Information Gathering

In this video, I cover some unpopular and not so talked about devices for observation, along with a few methods that you can use to carry these items in a chest rig without a dedicated carrying case or backpack. Having your observation tools in quick reach and easily stowable is important for the roll of reconnaissance and information gathering. Ease of use is the goal of this rig, optimizing your equipment for the mission you want to accomplish. The TAP panel is a large platform that opens up a lots of opportunities for carrying odd gear that most other rigs and carriers simply can't pull off. That is why I demonstrate this gear on my TAP panel.
