Obsidian - Create a Handlebar Template from JSON (JSON/CV Importer)

If you are a DM looking for a quick and efficient way to create all your monster, magic items, spells, etc; then this video is for you. I show you how to source data, draft out your notes, create a Handlebar Template and import using the JSON/CSV Import plugin. Don't sit there manually copying in data unless you have to! This video goes into the process of working with a JSON file. It's an advanced topic so if you are new to Obsidian or Handlebar Template's you may want to come back to this video at a later time. For those that learn to master this though... the rewards are plenty. NOTE: If you are having issues with the data not importing you may need to configure the "Field Containing the Data" field. Have a look at your JSON file and if there is a data object that contains the data you are trying to import then you should list that in this field. Example: This is at the top of the JSON file. Creature is the containing field. All of the other data exists within the {[ data ]} of the Spell. Therefore 'spell' needs to be entered.
