Cleo has been named Miss Off Road and will be presenting the trophy, a kiss and a dance to the winner. When Riff Raff hears of this, he enters the Cadillac in the race with the intent to win. They are thwarted by Clem and Billy Bob, a couple of cats driving a monster truck racer.
