We copied and pasted some information, enlarged a note for better visibility, saw "robots.txt" in the scan results, and decided to investigate it. The "robots.txt" file contained user agent details and an "IAL server.php" at the index. We navigated to "IAL server.php" and encountered a login prompt, emphasizing the importance of investigating anything that appeared out of the ordinary.
