I don’t measure I just go with it.
I promise you this is the absolute best canned beets you’ll ever have.
I don’t make a huge amount of canned beets I basically make about 6 jars.
I keep them in the fridge only because we like them cold to add to salads.
However it can be stored it Pantry.
