One second reload using a shot timer. Dry fire is key to improve your shooting efficiency, skill level, and proficiency. However, not just dry firing practice but also seeking professional guidance from professional shooters, military personnel and or police. Now grant it, you have to do your due diligence because anyone can claim to be a “firearms trainer” so do your homework carefully.
Also, there’s a distinct difference between “competition shooting and combat/self defense shooting.”
