This video shows you how to master the one arm push up. Before you start training for the one arm push up you have to be comfortable with regular push ups. Set yourself a target of 20 push ups in a row before training for the one arm push up. 3 sets of 5 reps on either diamond, archer, incline or negative push ups will be enough to strengthen your single arm pushing strength. Make sure to take 3-5 minutes rests between sets. Remember we are training for QUALITY not QUANTITY.
