We have another one pot meal that is as delicious as it is easy. You can prep the night before, come home and throw it in the pot, get the kiddos ready for dinner, or get some studying in if you're a student. All you have to do is stir it now and again. It makes its own sauce, you might even have most or all of the ingredients on hand to make it. I hope you will give this a try. Recipe below. Enjoy! Drizzle olive oil over ingredients in the pan. Pour chicken broth over ingredients. Cook 15 - 20 minutes or until linguine is done and has absorbed the broth, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
