The default installation of OpenSees is missing many Tcl features. This walks through how to have your OpenSees and Tcl too.
OpenSees version: 3.2.2
Tcl version: 8.6.10
Installed on Windows 10
Update:
Version 3.3.0 of OpenSees also requires Tcl version 8.6.10
ActiveState no longer offers Tcl version 8.6.10 by default, but you can use my fork of the project used for this video: https://platform.activestate.com/ambaker/ActiveTcl-8.6.10
