Forgot to mention that the rates start at $54.50hr and top out at $110.56hr night shift tops out at a rate of $176.90hr (most operating engineers in local 14 are making roughly $80-90hr (without counting Vacation, annuity and other benefits like pension… I also mentioned that the worker who pushes buttons in an elevator is paid $55hr, when the actual rate is $68hr sorry for the confusion, I got a hold of the contract from a friend after I already shit the video
