OS can be implemented with the help of various structures.
The Structure of OS depends mainly on:
How various common components of OS are interconnected and melded into the kernel
Depending on this we have following structures of the OS:
1. Simple structure
2. Layered structure
3. Micro – kernel
4. Modular structure or approach
We will be seeing each of these types of OS structure in detail with example in this video lecture.
