Opsoclonus vs Ocular [email protected] Soni

here is a 6 month ANC patient with sudden onset Giddiness with vomiting. on examination there were rapid, involuntary, conjugate movements of eye ball in all direction ( Opsoclonus) with tremors of limb. some times the moments were predominantly horizontal that's why kept possibility of Ocular Flutter. MRI Brain was normal , patient was started on methyl prednisone.
