Based on viewer feedback, 3direct+bandos+undead seems to be best combo for genocidal+biting2
Similarly 3 dextrous+2dragonfire seems to be best combo for demon and dragon slayer together.
You can actually get 600 gems/day, the slayer master in the burthorpe training area has a separate shop inventory that isn't shared by the other masters.
I neglected to mention mobile, which is a good perk for a switch when using melee to move between targets and get a 3-ability stun combo on bindable enemies (slice punish slice).
