Use an electric mixer to combine 1 stick of butter, 8 oz of cream cheese with 1 cup of powered sugar. After, fold in 1 tub, 16 oz. Of cool whip.
In another bowl, mix 2 small boxes of instant pudding, 3 cups of milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Mix everything together
Crush 1 package of Oreos in a bag with a rolling pin or in a food processor.
Layer 2/3 of the Oreos in a 9x13 dish. Add all of the filling. Sprinkle the rest of the Oreos.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
