OrthoLoop® is a self-locking cerclage system with splice fixation. This system is an alternative to the metal cable traditionally used in traumatology and orthopedics. The OrthoLoop ® cerclage system is indicated in the repair of long bone fractures due to trauma or reconstruction, and in the reattachment of the greater trochanter in total hip arthroplasty, surface replacement arthroplasty, or other procedures involving trochanteric osteotomy.
