Oshkosh Departure Rush

The final departure to end our EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2021 trip. As I started to taxi out the controllers changed configuration from a runway 27 to runway 9 departure operation. This caused about 23 minutes of delay but could have been way worse if I was in the back of the line!
