In this video, I talk about how the mind doesn’t necessarily care about what is objectively true. A lot of the time, it cares more about what we already believe to be true.
The thoughts we repeat become familiar.
The familiar becomes believable.
And eventually those beliefs begin shaping the way we see ourselves, other people, and the world around us.
What we constantly think about affects our emotions, behaviors, decisions, and ultimately the reality we create for ourselves.
That’s why negative thought patterns can become so powerful.
And it’s also why changing the way we think can completely change the direction of our lives over time.
This video is about becoming more aware of the stories we repeatedly tell ourselves and understanding how much power our mindset actually has.
