You can either use a bot or just do /player attack on yourself. Rates: 898k total drops per hour 474k emeralds per hour 67k sticks per hour 33.6k redstone, gunpowder, glowstone, sugar, spider eyes, and bottles per hour 4k potions per hour 57k banners per hour a bunch of unstackables that you can't sort (The included storage only collects redstone, gunpowder, and some emeralds but it's easy to add more slices.)
