Jem from Jem and the Holograms inspired this Smart Doll custom transformation — a full OOAK doll repaint and redesign! ✨
In this video, I create my biggest custom doll yet, turning a Smart Doll into Jem with a completely original approach. This OOAK custom includes a 3D printed head sculpt, handmade wig and styled hair, detailed face-up repaint, and fully sewn custom outfit inspired by the iconic 80s rock star.
I also designed and made her shoes and created a custom guitar to complete the look. From concept to final reveal, I’m sharing the entire doll customization process step by step.
