Grade 12 student from the Wawin National High School, Jonah Pumas, finished first in mathematics A, chemistry and physics, making him the overall science dux.
His parents, from Tsak Valley in Enga Province, are subsistence farmers. Only his father and sister-in-law were able to witness his graduation on Thursday, October 5th.
