OVERGROWTH Casting Call (2) -CLOSED-

Some things popped up and I'm sorry about being late, I'll get to them asap but the ones in this playlist are ones I have heard already, give them a listen if you so desire!))) Here it is! Took me a while to get this all together, but yeah! Hope you audition, I look forward to it if you decide to! RULES/INFO: -Tentative deadline at November 30th. I may not close it afterwards, but due to past experiences it's probably better to have a date of some sort, so please get the auditions in before then! I definitely won't close it prior to that date, but afterwards I can't say for sure. -Anyone is free to audition! I'd prefer a video for the audition so I can keep tabs on it but if you can't for whatever reason I'll accept email too, just let me know. (If you're going by email let me know your youtube username or whatever you want to go by) -Have a clear mic, I'd prefer minimal background noise (and since these characters will be yelling on the occasion please be sure not to clip the audio) -Make sure you can commit some time to this project, these characters has a lot of lines and I'll need to be able to contact you and get lines in a timely fashion. -Be able to emote well! These characters will be seeing an array of emotions/battles so articulating well and being able to make some grunts/fighting noises is necessary too. -The age indicated with the characters isn't the age required to audition! It's just what they should sound like. -You are absolutely free to improvise lines/create completely new ones in addition to the given ones too! I'm not making it a requirement but it's a nice way for me to get insight on your interpretation of the characters. Plus it's always a joy to hear haha. -Anyone with previous roles in Overgrowth are still welcome to audition! ***Send me the link on THIS VIDEO. It'll keep everything organized. I'll check my spam folder to make sure nothing gets booted but in case I don't indicate that I've seen it please let me know. I'll try my best to leave a short comment on your video but in case I'm unable to I'm also keeping a playlist of auditions. Sorry in advance if I'm unable to comment/late commenting, I haven't been able to go online that often anymore.*** OKAY on with the lines! I'm glad to be able to finally reveal their names...winkwink. (Some lines are made up and not actually from the story for the sake of spoilers) LINES: ***Ember- 1. (Angry/exasperated, going on a tirade, comedic somewhat) "You IDIOTS! What, did you think that just because I'm a fox it's okay to just walk up to any other foxes and strike up a conversation like regular old pals?! And to go to their den, their DEN of all places! Do you /want/ to die?!" 2. (Exasperated once again, guess who) "Well if you'd /paid attention/ to any sort of geography class, you'd know there's snow in the mountains, and unless you want to freeze your legs off, you probably wouldn't want to go up there. (Pause, then muttering to herself) Wait, do sheep even get education?" 3. (Threatening) "All right, buddy. Leave those kids to me, and nobody gets hurt." 4. (Calmer this time, somewhat patronizing) "You know for once that's actually a pretty good idea. Good for you, you're finally using that brain of yours." 5. (Serious, apologetic, quieter) "Hey, sorry about everything that's happened. What are you going to do now?" 6. (Urgent, warning) "Hey! Get out of here, it's dangerous!" ***The Deer- 1. (Welcoming) "Why hello there! It's nice to see new faces, I don't get many visitors around here." 2. (Mocking, doing a fake, somewhat falsetto voice) "Oh /no/, you wouldn't do anything to harm little ol' me would you?" 3. (Haughty, talking about someone's home) "What? You're surprised that I found this place? Oh please. I've known about it for quite some time already, just never bothered to come visit. Nice place you got going here, though, like what you did with those rocks." 4. (Serious, dark tone, somewhat morbid) "Those good for nothing wolves...I say we just let them tear themselves apart. Maybe even help them a little, heheh." 5. (Lighthearted again, flippant) "Yes, yes, predators, dangerous, blah blah blah we get it. Don't worry though, I've got the trees on my side!" 6. (Reminiscing, a little melancholic, slow) "Yeah, it's really quiet here. I do miss him." I do believe I've covered all the bases, sorry for the long lines but there's less characters this time eheh.
