Hello and welcome to my latest tutorial.
In this video, I will show you how I oxidise my jewellery.
It's the same process for silver jewellery, it just takes longer in the liver of sulphur solution. If your wire is coated, it will not oxidise.
I'll be using:
• Liver of sulphur (xl gel)
• Baking soda (bicarbonate of soda)
• Warm water (on the hot side of warm)
• Rubber gloves
• Fine grade wire wool
• 3 yogurt pots
• Toothbrush
• Bit of scrap wire
