Page Fright
In this art tutorial, we’re going to deal with “page fright” – also known as precious paper paralysis, blank space phobia and fear of messing up. It’s that feeling of panic you get when faced with a blank page in your beautiful – and perhaps expensive – sketchbook. I’m going to share 5 tips for pushing through the panic and getting to the fun of sketching and making art. And I have a bonus tip at the end of this lesson. I'm Marilyn, retired elementary teacher, self-taught watercolorist. I am passionate about making art and teaching art - especially to those who say they can't. My goal is to create a library of short - 10 minutes or less - tutorials with tips for both beginners and experienced artists interested in building their creative practice. I hope you'll join me in learning and growing as artists.
