My second update on using my palate expansion device to restore proper bone in my face and jaw & straighten my teeth without braces. I'm in my 2nd month of treatment, have expanded just past 1mm & have seen lots of results including more gaps in my teeth, less tension in my lower jaw, a more defined cheek structure & more.
