PANCAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS: * 200 g Pancake Mix (any brand) -you can find in the groceries, minimarts or sari-sari store. * 3/4 cup water * 1 large egg * 1 Tbsp cooking oil/butter * Syrup & assorted fruits for toppings ****If no Pancake Mix available, use the FF ingredients: - 1 cup All-Purpose-Flour - 2 Tbsp sugar - 2 tsp baking powder - 1 cup milk (fresh or evaporated) - 1 large egg - 1 Tbsp oil/ melted butter -Assorted toppings like syrup and butter, berries, banana etc. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank You guys for watching!
