Pandan Flan Cake.
I used to have Pandan Layer Cake. Let's try Pandan Flan Cake. During my break time from painting, and especially when I'm HOMESICK+CRAVING, I like to cook. Ingredients: 1. CARAMEL 150g sugar + palm sugar 2. FLAN 2 eggs 20g sugar 1tsp vanilla extract a few drops of Pandan essence 200g whipping cream 200g milk 3. CHIFFON CAKE 50g cake flour 1g baking powder 1g baking soda 10g sugar pinch of salt 35ml milk 20ml vegetable oil 1tsp vanilla extract a few drops of Pandan essence 2 eggs 10g sugar pinch of cream of tartar I added palm sugar to the caramel for the coconut sugar taste. I use Pandan essence, because in California, fresh Pandan leaves are not always available. For sure I would prefer to pulse fresh Pandan leaves together with liquid in the ingredients with blender for natural flavoring. I tried for 1st time created a simple background music with GarageBand.
