Parallel Lines Regression Analysis using Excel l2007

With the sample of Sep. 2010 Madison, WI apartment data, I use Excel 2007 to run a regression incorporating size of the apartment (a metric variable) and location of the apartment (a binary variable) as predictors to help understand the differences in rent. The model is in the form of parallel lines.
