Absolute function has even symmetry with vertex at the origin and extends from Quadrant II to Quadrant I. It decreases at a constant rate of -1 in QII and increase at the rate +1 in QI. Domain is set of real numbers while the range is non-negative real numbers. It opens up with End behaviour approaching +ve infinity.
