Part 13 - Triggering BO action through workflow rule

This is the episode #13 from the video series "Developing side-by-side extensions with CAP for SAP Service Cloud v1". During this video series episode, I show you how to create the workflow rule that will trigger automatically my custom PDI action, which will end up calling the CAP endpoint and making the parent ticket status to be updated. Along with that, I will also show you how to start a simple debug session to check our code and also, to review the Logs of our CAP application.
