In this video, we’ll continue our journey by building on our previous discussions about managing low point control. This time, we’ll focus on how to setup the pelvis in the backswing and getting pressure forward EARLY! We’ll utilize tools like a yoga wedge, as well as visuals to see where the pelvis moves from a rear camera view. The goal is to get the pelvis forward into the time we get to the top the motion so we are in a position to go!
