It’s right before students begin to impersonate joker.
Remi, Blake and Isen aren’t vigilantes yet but Remi is thinking about it in secret.
I don’t remember what isen found out when he investigated John but let’s just say he found something out of johns past school. He only knows an incident happened where many students where injured and that the government had to get involved.
