Pathologic 2: The Bachelor, Daniil Dankovsky

The Bachelor, Daniil Dankovsky - the first experience I had with Pathologic was playing as him in the original. His unique lens through which he saw the Town-on-Gorkhon - a man growing ever more exasperated by the foolish townsfolk whose customs get in the way of proper medicinal practices, and the growing obsession that he has with the miraculous Polyhedron and the future that the Kains will create. In the end, his ending became perhaps my least favourite, but he is my favourite character to play as, however insufferable or annoying he might be. I just like his wit (or his outright anger) in The Marble Nest, and his character development in the original, and in the second one - the interaction I had with him on Day 11 as the Haruspex blew me away, it gives me great hope for his campaign (that's hopefully coming soon!) That, and his outfit is undoubtedly the most stylish thing you'll find in the Town. His platform shoes - ugh, to die for.
