I've just recently graduated from college with a B.S in Computer Science and a B.A. in Media Informatics and I've spent a lot of time in the last 2 years working with the Unity game engine creating games and teaching other people about the game engine. I even started a YouTube tutorial series on game development with Unity and now I've decided to take it a step further and start a Patreon Campaign. -What is Patreon and why am I using it Patreon is similar to Kickstarter where you can support your favorite content creators however unlike Kickstarter it's a long term support website. You can think of it like a magazine subscription where you'll get new content every month for your patronage. The reason I'm using Patreon is because it gives you a way to directly help me out and allows me to spend more time creating better content for you guys. -What Content will I be producing As most of you know I've been doing more tutorials lately and I wanted to step up my game and offer you even more in depth content on game development using the Unity game engine. Specifically I want to cover scripting and programming topics in Unity. I plan on releasing a new tutorial package every month which will include: -A YouTube video detailing the contents of the package and a walkthrough of how everything works. -Unity Project with a Scene or Scenes that you can dissect and learn from -Several detailed C# and JavaScript files that are heavily commented and easy to understand and change -Basic art assets to help explain the topic or topics for that month -Intersted? How do I participate? It's easy all you do is go to my Patreon page and click become a patron, then you can choose which tier level you would like to pay for. The higher the tier the more content and support you'll be getting from me. You can choose to use a credit card or pay using Paypal.
