Pattern hack: Pietra Pants/Trousers - NO ELASTIC!

If, like me, you love the style lines of the Closet Core Pietra Pants sewing pattern, but you *don't* love its elasticated back waistband, then here's a tutorial explaining how I eliminated that elastic for a clean/flat finish with an invisible zip closure.
