PATTERN MAKING TUTORIAL, ARC TOOL - VALENTINA
This is a front bodice neckline. This was more experimental. I deepened the neckline & by using the arc tool, used the starting point as center point. Radius is neck depth length. I assumed it auto created estimated neck width. I used that to adjust neck width & you got to minus that amount from the shoulder point to balance as it also lengthened the shoulder length. If you have a better way of using this tool, then I would appreciate you sharing it so we all could learn from it. like, subscribe & share for more. 🕰️TIME STAMP🕰️ 00:00 START BY CREATING NECKLINE 00:24 SELECT ARC TOOL 00:45 CREATE ARC 00:49 ADJUST NECK & SHOULDER WIDTH 01:20 COMPLETE DRAFTING TOP 01:40 EXTRACT PATTERN PIECE 02:05 ADD SEAM ALLOWANCE EXPLAINED 02:30 CONCLUSION SPECIAL POINT ON SHOULDER TOOL: https://youtu.be/HTLDj42EUC0 Revolutionary Sleeve Drafting in Valentina: https://youtu.be/Cmb7CJgllK MULTISIZE TABLE IN VALENTINA: https://youtu.be/t90siCuhHV0
