Patternmaker macros are predesigned patterns. They are outputted as applications that are installed on your pc. They are opened in PatternMaker software. You can use them by entering your own measurements. The pattern is then generated in the measurement you entered. Pattern maker allows you to save measurements. You can simply click a measurement file to use it to generate a pattern.
