Another Paypal scam by a real professional scammer sending out email scams. This particular one pissed me off so here is a video that shows all the information you need to gather all the information to report these scams. This scammer had his domain and IP address deleted within 24 hours because the FCC and Paypal were provided with all the information they required to take immediate action.
