Local-let Projects sold and constructed by Local Public Agencies (LPAs) must comply with ODOT's Construction and Materials specifications. The Project Bill of Materials (PBoM) is a tool available to LPAs to assist with preliminary evaluation of how to cover materials acceptance and in setting up controlling the actual materials acceptance at the project. This webinar was presented by Stacey Nuveman, P.E., of ODOT's Division of Construction Management. She provides an overview of the PBoM and discusses how your agency can use this tool to streamline your local-let projects.
