Making the Hole/other: In FreeCad, Add a 'Body' to the Tree and select it to Activate it. Click the desired item needing a Hole/Cutout and select Copy. Paste it into the new Body. Now, you can select a surface to Sketch a Hole/Cutout and cut a hole as normally done in FreeCad.
