PCB etching machine DIY
Are you tired of shaking a container straight for 15-25 minutes just to make your PCB get done? Well, you're not alone. In this video I'm going to make a PCB ETCHING MACHINE to etch my PCB unattended in a short period of time for just "3-6 MINUTES". Things you need: ✓Thick kitchen plastic cutting boards(can also be replace with plywood) -16 mm board -6 mm board ✓Leak proof Tupperware rectangular plastic box 1.5 liters ✓DIY Vibration motor 12-24V ✓Aluminum angle bar ✓Aluminum tube from outdoor TV antenna ✓4 pieces of springs ✓4 rubber stands ✓Speaker lead wire ✓Small rectangular plastic box enclosure ✓Motor speed controller/Buy or DIY Link here: https://youtu.be/AsbpyOdkgts ✓Different sizes of nuts and screws ✓100 pieces of creativity and patience You need to cut the 16 mm plastic board slightly wider than the Tupperware to have enough space for the springs and for the motor controller. After cutting the other plastic board(6 mm), be sure to attach it firmly on the underside of the Tupperware. I use double-sided tape and plastic glue to make sure it is attached securely. Otherwise it'll fly away if accidentally detach itself from the plastic board. The vibration motor is just a diy version. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a video on how to make it. It is made from a random motor like from an old printer and a thick heatsink of a driver mosfet. You just need a hammer, a hacksaw, a drill and a lot of patience. A high powered motor is not necessary. I only set the potentiometer at 40-50% rotation. That is 40-50% duty cycle of the PWM motor controller. The bigger the water vibration the better. If you don't want to use a motor controller board, I cant guarantee it will have the same result. Luckily I found 4 pieces of springs somewhere that matches the size of the aluminum tube. This is use to isolate and improve the vibration on the tupperware. The connection from the motor to the controller module has to be a speaker lead wire. A normal stranded wire can easily be detach because it can't handle the vibration for a long time. If you like my content, that means we share the same interests.
