CEMAT is the PCS7 library customized for Cement plant operation. In the CEMAT library, there are a number of CFC blocks that are used for the operation, monitoring and control of the various equipment in the process industry. These equipment include motors, valves, actuators, sensors, counters etc. To control the operation of motors, PLC programs use CEMAT CFC library's C Drive module. It the customized block of PCS7 CEMAT library to control motors. All the signals of the motors both physical and interlocks signals are interfaced with various interfaces. In this video, i have explained all the interfaces of the C Drive block with detail. i.e Ready , feedback, overload signals, local start/stop , hardware speed monitor etc. Similarly start interlock, operation and protection interlocks have been demonstrated. #CEMAT #pcs7 #plcprogramming
