What would change for you if you knew you had peer support for what you are dealing with?
I had a great conversation with Joshua Simpson, Founder and Director of Help Me Find Me CIC, a not-for-profit organisation based in Luton, England. They are dedicated to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and providing peer-to-peer support for individuals with lived experiences of borderline personality disorder (BPD).
