DIY Repairs can be a bit confusing. After gathering info from various sources, I'm documenting the wheel replacement process for a Pelican 1535 air. Chapters: Intro: 0:00 What you need: 0:50 Removing back panel: 2:34 Removing wheel axles: 2:55 Building and replacing the wheels: 4:49 Rolling / Sound test inside: 6:30 Rolling / Sound test outside: 7:08 Summary and final thoughts: 8:13 Tools needed: 1. Phillips head screwdriver: https://a.co/d/0PeBS9q 2. Pin Punch Tool set (NOTE: Doesn't work well for Pelican Air models): https://a.co/d/iNLFX0T 3. Rubber Mallet: https://a.co/d/3GgSbYw 4. C-clamp: https://a.co/d/1L3Gc5F *Also need an allen key or screw 7/32 sized if using c-clamp 5. Inline skate wheels (of your choice). I used these: https://a.co/d/crlewUR *Note: There's a number that indicates the 'hardness' of the wheel. The larger the number, the harder the wheel is - this means it'll be more durable but potentially make more noise. Softer = less noise but will get dinged up more easily. 6. 608 ZZ Ball Bearings (of your choice). I used these: https://a.co/d/715DXIc 7. Bearing spacers: https://a.co/d/iBngFfA 8. Washers, 6.4mm inner diameter:https://a.co/d/iTkNSNw
