The PeopleSoft forms demo will focus on how to take a paper or semi electronic (MS Word or MS Excel) based forms and recreate it in PeopleSoft. Embedding the forms in PeopleSoft allows for improvements in the following areas: control of who can access the forms, workflow by leveraging PeopleSoft’s robust approval framework, visibility into where approval of the form resides, reporting because the data contained in the forms will be captured within your PeopleSoft Instance, form accuracy because PeopleSoft will always have the most current version and reduced customizations because forms are created using delivered functionality.
