Perfect Piecrust using Lard -Flaky & Delicious!

Ingredients 2.5 cups all-purpose flour 1.5 teaspoons salt 1 cup chilled lard or (1/2 lard &1/2 butter) 1/3 - 1/2 Cup ice water Directions Blend flour and salt together in food processor with a few quick pulses. Cut cold lard with a knife into cubes and then add to the flour mixture. Pulse 5-6 times until mixture resemble coarse sand. Sprinkle in water, starting with 1/3 cup, and pulse another 5-6 times in second long bursts until all flour is moistened and dough almost cleans the sides of the bowl. Dump the dough into a bowl and bring it all together with your hands. Adding in the rest of the water if it seems too dry. Divide the dough in half and shape flattened rounds.
