Performing CRM tasks using JAWS #BlindAndAble

Accessible technology in the workplace has come a long way over the last few years allowing blind and partially sighted employees to perform roles as well as their fully sighted counterparts. Using the screen reading software JAWS, TPT’s Technology Intern, Robert Cummings demonstrates how he uses the CRM, Salesforce, as a part of his day-to-day job.
